haha, omg, i nv knew i cld be this careless lor!! my whole weekend and week so far have been full of clumsy incidents, like spilling an entire tin of biscuits on the floor, spilling coffee over my uniform, and somehow managing to slice my toe kinda open. but nothing beats today!!
first, i mysteriously get a cut frm dunno where on my finger. then i go for the cross-country run. to digress a little here, i juz want to say tt the run was torture!!! esp all the slopes, they were so steep, and the trails were filled with little rocks and stones and it was very uneven, it seemed like the trail was designed specifically for clumsy pple like me to sprain ankles. luckily i never sprain, but i did come close to it a few times!
when the run was over, i was happily congratulating myself for not having got any injury. the thing that irritated me was that i got a tube of melted chocolates from somebody(u know who u r!) but nv mind, i forgive u already. den on the way to the taxi, i cut my leg on this very long branch, so now i got one nice long shallow red cut on my leg. so much for not getting injured. being concerned with the bleeding, i put my phone down to attend to the wound, and never noticed that when i alighted, i never put the phone in my bag, nor was it in my hand. i found out a minute later when i was looking for my phone to call home, but the cab was already long gone.
so terry so nice try and help me find my phone. he help me call my phone in the cab and even msg my phone, all in the hope that someone will pick it up. apparently it did, but i was like on the way home by then. somehow or other, he got my phone back for me. so yay!!!!
i still have hist test tml, so xian, but look on the bright side; at least i finish sch early tml!!!! so maybe go out or something to celebrate no test. haven't finish studying, but cannot study already; muz go and do econs essay which is due tml. i had one wk to finish lor, den tuo until now den muz rush.....
haha, dun know why i'm blogging now when i'm supposed to be like studying for SEA history test, but hey, a girl deserves a break every now and then, doesn't she? managed to study about 4 chapters today. but it was very difficult, because my parents just bought new bookshelves for my bro and me, so i have to repack like my whole room, so i've been running up and down, packing drawers, throwing away unwanted stuff, deciding what to give Salvation Army... seriously, i think the Salvation Army probably is overflowing with my stuff!
i find studying while exercising particularly effective. i managed to study 1 1/2 chapters in 25 mins on the exercise bike. it really works wonders. after i finish this update, i so have to get back to studying. seeing as i won't be home until 8pm tml, bcos of choir, i really shld try to finish as much as possible. wonder if we can get mr nathan to extend our essay dateline to some other day than thursday bcos we have test on thursday
i'm not looking forward to running 3.2 km on wednesday, but i can't complain. imagine if i had to run 4.8 km like the boys! i think i would rather die than run that much. its like 12 rounds!!! physically impossilbe in my present condition.
ok, back to studying history we go...

i can't remember when my last update was... it should have been about 4 days or so ago. whenever it was, it feels like an age. its as though i did all my work in a daze, and only just woke up. weird.
lit tutorial today was funny! i rarely get the chance to laugh this hard. shane's group was really funny. it was supposed to be a movie trailer of
Othello, but it was so obviously not a trailer lor. daniel's roles as both man and woman were frankly quite disgusting. sorri i hurt any feelings, but this is the truth. it was quite painful to watch.
there hasn't been anything interesting that has happened to me, except if you count accidently bumping into my old tuition friend, with whom i lost contact after Sec 2. so we went to watch a movie,
meet the fockers, and we ate sushi!!! omg, i LUUURRRVVVEEE sushi!!!!!!!!! its so yummy and yummy and ... ok you get my point. the movie was great. it was funny, but it was qute liberal, with like a lot of sexual innuendo, and so mcuh slapstick comedy that you can just sometimes feel sorry for the poor actors. they must have very very very thick skin.
besides that, nothing much really happened.... i did manage to catch up on my sleep, and i think my throat is almost cured, and i do have to stop eating so much! i dunno wat's happened, suddenly i'm having this great big appetite, and im always hungry. so going back on diet tommorow...

day 2 of starting a blog. so far, so good, haven't crashed anything yet. do history tutorial is very boring!!! maybe it is my own fault that i get so easily distracted, or maybe i'm not serious, but i'm not really interested in doing history tutorial right now. very lazy of me!!!!! :P
i had quite a horrible day today.... first woke up late for tuition. then had to rush like mad. my brother so slow, he also have to go to sch, den take his own sweet time. den got traffic jam at novena. when i comment that there was a traffic jam, my dad scold me. bummer. turns out there was quite a bad accident, between a taxi and a car. both look pretty banged up. there was a baby involved. ouch. wonder if the baby was strapped in properly in the first place. anyway, i ended up 20 mins late for tuition. argh!
tuition room was really cold. at least had a pretty good tuition, can understand whatever or most of what she said.... wish tuition wasn't so early, but got no choice lah. better early than late. then on the way home, mum say she want to stop at this shoe sale at Tannery road. shoe sale my ass. all the shoes they sold were like only sandals. all old people sandals. all leather sandals. can you imagine anyone wearing those??? nothing much worth buying, except socks. yay, more ankle socks for me! i luv ankle socks, esp all e multi-coloured ones. got 5 new pairs. they were expensive. i pair $3!!!! i can get 3 pairs for $5 at mini toons lor. and better variety somemore.
i swear, i think my brother cannot understand what is the meaning of 'call home at 5 pm'. he was supposed to call home at 5 pm today, to tell us if he is coming home. he never calls, then suddenly comes home at 5.15. when i ask him why he never call, he say that he was already on the way home at 5, so he saw no point it calling. so irritating!! i think he doesn't really bother with us anymore.
should go and do hist tutorial, but dun wanna do it!!! still going to grandma's house for dinner today, and there's church tml, plus youth meeting with church leaders. crap if u ask me, but have to go. wonder who will be there at grandma house for dinner besides us.....

i solemnly swear to always tell the truth, because i'm not afraid to face up to my deeds.... Ok, that was kinda cliched, wasn't it? But then again, it's my first time starting a blog. The reason? I'm a basic technology idiot. Computers and I don't really mix all that well.
this blog is my space, where i can just be, simply, me. here, i won't be afraid to speak my mind, even if i do it in subtle ways. this blog is called 'just let me fall' for a reason. there's also a very good reason why my address is 'winter-in-july'. you'll find out later. promise!
i'm very grateful to emily, for showing me how to get a blog started. as i said earlier, i'm hopeless with computers. at least i managed to retain most of what she taught me today. if my brother were the one who taught me, i swear i would have forgotten like 90% within 1/2 hour. but that's just me. and my mostly abysmal memory.
the first week of school so far has been pretty good.... not much homework. and i LOVE my timetable! 'cos we end really early on most days. cca so far is good.... one thing i can complain about is having pe first thing on monday morning. talk about monday blues! all that running is not really doing much good for my tired, aching body! :P
orientation for J1s is going pretty well, i hear. though i think the J1s will be very pleased to see orientation end, because all they've been doing for 5 days is cheer and cheer and play games! they can get really noisy sometimes. i hope they're enjoying themselves...
so for now, im just slacking, doing nothing in particular... mostly reading stories on fanfiction.net. this is like my ultra-favourite site to relax and unwind, but who knows, my blog may become second in the list?
